Sassy balsamics are imported from Modena, Italy where true balsamics originate and aged for 12 to 18 years to get the most optimum flavor. They are imported to the United States and infused when ordered.
We do not store our products in vats. Instead, we offer samples straight from our inventory to insure that these samples are fresh.
Our balsamics are Independently Tested & Certified and they are GMO FREE.
